Our Cheer 101 is class is the perfect introductory level class for kids who are wanting to learn about cheerleading and need to start at the most basic level. The purpose of this class is for kids to get more acclimated to the sport and to learn the “Cheer Extreme Way”. The kids will stunt & tumble every week for the majority of class and will rotate working on dance, jumps, conditioning & motion technique each week. This class is great preparation for any kind of school cheerleading and for our own Half Year and Full Year All Star programs.
- This class is perfect for athletes 8-16
- We occasionally open up this class to 6 & 7 year olds depending on level of readiness and maturity 🙂
- Currently being offered Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 and Thursday from 4:30-5:30 with Coach Amanda
