We offer both Track Out Camps and Summer Camps

 

Track Out Camp is a day camp where kids are welcome to come be supervised at the gym any day Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During Track Out Camp, the kids are welcome to play in open areas around the gym and participate in different activities like crafts, movie days, and games.

Pricing:

  • $150 per child per week for NON ALL STARS
  • $120 per child per week for ALL STAR ATHLETES
  • $30 per child per day for any drop in

Summer Camps:

*All Camps are available for anyone 5 to 18 years old to attend

*All Camps cost $135.00 for Monday through Friday

*THE OFFICIAL SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE WILL BE FINALIZED IN EARLY SPRING 2018

 

Beginner Flying Camp: This camp is for the athlete who is interested in learning the basics of flying. Athletes in this camp generally have no flying experience or very limited flying experience. Athletes in this camp will also work on their flexibility.

 

Advanced Flying Camp: This camp is for the athlete who would like to perfect their flying skills and learn new skills. Athletes in this camp will be required to have at least a 360. Athletes in this camp will also work on their flexibility.

 

Open Tumbling Camp: This camp is a more relaxed camp where athletes can come in and work on perfection of skills through repetition. This camp is for the athlete who is interested in maintaining the skills they have learned so they will be ready for the upcoming cheer season, whether it be for school cheerleading or All Star cheerleading. Athletes are encouraged to bring a snack and drink to camp.

 

Back Handspring Camp: Athletes in this camp will have mastered most of the following skills: forward and backward rolls, handstand, cartwheel, round-off and front and back walkovers. Athletes in this camp will work on round-off back handsprings, multiple back handsprings, round off multiple back handsprings, jumps to back handsprings, and introduction to back tucks.

 

Back Tuck Camp: Athletes in this camp will have mastered most of the following skills: round off back handspring, front handspring, multiple back handsprings, round off multiple back handsprings, jumps to back handsprings, and entry to back tucks. Athletes in this camp will work on standing tucks, standing back handspring tuck, round off back handspring tuck, combination tumbling to tuck, punch fronts, jumps to tuck, and starting to work on layouts.

 

Layouts/Fulls/Doubles Camp: Athletes in this camp will have mastered most of the following skills: standing tuck, standing back handspring tuck, round off back handspring tuck, combination tumbling to tuck, punch front, jumps to tuck, and starting to work on layouts. Athletes in the camp will work on layouts, fulls, doubles, combination tumbling, punch fronts, arabians, whips, standing fulls, and multiple back handsprings to layout, full, or double.

 

Middle School/High School Tryout Camp: This camp is for middle and high school aged athletes only. This camp will better prepare athletes for their middle and high school tryouts. Athletes in this camp will work on their tumbling, stunting, dancing, and cheerleading skills.

 

Cheer Camp: This is a great camp for beginner cheerleaders. This camp focuses primarily on the fundamentals of cheerleading: tumbling, stunting, motions, dance, jumps, strength, and flexibility. Athletes in this camp will learn a routine that will be performed on the last day of camp.
