Recreational Tumbling Class:

Tumbling classes are in place to teach kids a variation of gymnastic and acrobatic moves to help prepare them for All Star cheerleading, High School Cheerleading, or just for recreational fun. All athletes are entitled to one free trial class. Our classes are subject to a five athlete minimum.

 

***Our tumbling classes are offered to athletes between the ages of 5-18.

 

Break Down of Levels

  • Cheer 101:  A class of Introduction to Allstar cheer!  Athletes will jump, tumble, stunt and learn motions!  All of the basics required to join a team.
  • Tumble 1: Cartwheel, Back walkover, Forward roll, Round off. This class is designed for the novice athlete. No experience is necessary. This class focuses on teaching the basic progressions
  • Level 2 Tumble: Must have mastered all of Tumble 1 skills.  Athletes will be working on roundoff back handspring or multiple back handsprings, Front handspring. The athlete must be able to master standing and running multiple roundoff back handsprings without being spotted by a coach before moving to the next level.
  • Level 3/4 Tumble: This is our advanced tumbling class for recreational athletes.   Athletes will work on everything from roundoff back handspring back tucks and multiple back handsprings to layouts, fulls and more!
  • Half Year Cheer:  Tryouts for this program will be on the last Thursday of August from 6:30-8:00.  The season runs September through March.  Find more information on our half year cheer button under PROGRAMS on the homepage.

 

Pricing:

  • Each Class is $60 per month and meets once a week
  • There is a one-time Registration Fee of $75.00 for one (1) athlete or $100.00 per family. This fee helps defray administrative expenses, including, but not limited to, liability insurance, software fees, etc. Every year after that, there is an annual fee of $40.00 per athlete which covers liability insurance.
  • Tuition is due on or before the fifth (5th) day of each month. In the event tuition tuition is not received on time, a $5.00 late fee may be assessed. In the event a check for payment is returned for any reason, a $20.00 returned check fee will be assessed.
